					<description>I agree, I don't think he was being rude, particularly.  Libraries have a funny way of saving people's behinds when they really need them - I'm sure he doesn't mean he'll never visit one again.</description>

					<description>Some of those reference librarians were quite snarky! I didn't see his comment as being rude to librarians, I think he was just stating how he has noticed a difference in how he used libraries and wonders if others have changed the way they used the library as well.</description>
